volcano view bus transportation convenient perk
the location near volcano bay was great. the hotel provides bus transportation to the parks, a really convenient perk. we got a volcano view from our room... very cool.
the light switches seemed oddly wired.

the pools were acceptable.
the room i received was not what i booked. i was not told parking at the hotel was extra beforehand. i will never go back because i felt disappointed and it was overpriced.

Retro Resort Rocked!
pool choices food choices safe stay
I liked several pool choices. There were many food choices also. Ping pong tables were available in the sand. The hotel is close to City walk. I felt safe here. Atomic Grille makes a tasty atomic salad with chicken. Gym is great and has what i needed for my stay.
The refillable cups jump from a 3 day option to 7. I wish there was a 4 day option.

The regular shuttle bus service runs to Universal's Walk and all parks. Staff is cheerful. The staff were very helpful at all times. Staff answered all my questions.

There are many restaurants and bars in the hotel. The hotel has many self service restaurants with different types of food. These options are open late. A Starbucks is also available at the hotel.

We were given a one bedroom suite. The suite has a kitchenette. Plastic dishes and cutlery were provided. This was very convenient for us. The room had what we needed.

we arrived a day early and the resort accommodated us. The resort has all necessities. The food choices were plentiful. The bus transportation to the parks was very convenient. I also had early park access.

prompt service many options awesome salad
the bus service to the parks was quite prompt. i found many food choices available on site. i got an atomic salad with chicken at the atomic grille, it tasted awesome.
the gym could use a few more free weights i think.

the hotel has two large pools and a lazy river and that was great. the shuttle service to the parks ran often and it were free. the food court had many options, so i finds something for everyone in my family.
the gym is small and it got crowded in the morning.
